By placing your order with Ravenette Trips, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

WEBSITE: By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. Please read the Agreement carefully. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, please do not use this Website. Be sure to return to this page periodically to review the most current version of the Agreement. We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the Agreement without prior notice, and your continued access or use of this Website signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Agreement.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Room accommodations are available upon request and Ravenette Trips will do everything possible to accommodate your requests. Not checking into the hotel the scheduled day of the arrival will be considered a “No Show” and RavenetteTrips is not responsible for any refunds. Check-in time for most hotels is after 3 PM and check-out after 12 PM. Roller beds will be at the discretion of the hotel based upon availability and fire code.

DISABILITY: Please let us know if there is any accommodations that require special attention or treatment. Please email us at Sherry@ravenettetrips.com and we'll be glad to make any appropriate arrangements.

TAXES: Unless otherwise noted, all known goverment taxes are included in the package.

DOCUMENTS: Please note game tickets will be delivered on site for security and convenience purposes.

ORDER CHANGES Any changes (i.e. name changes, hotel check-in and check-out dates, number of people, etc.) made within 60 days of the scheduled trip date shall incur a $25 processing fee.

PAYMENT or DEPOSIT: A minimum deposit (determined per trip) is due at the time of booking in order to confirm reservation.  Additional payments must be made in accordance with the deposit schedule and final payment is due no later than 45 days prior to the departure date.  Payments must be made in the form of personal check, cashier’s check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Customer’s authorization to use credit card number for the deposit and/or final payments indicates Customer’s complete compliance with these Terms and Conditions, whether or not a signature is provided on the purchase form. Verbal authorization of your credit card confirms the reservation. If payments are not received by the due dates, the event services to be provided may be considered null and void at the sole discretion of Ravenette Trips, LLC and any payments to date will be forfeited.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be received in writing, email or registered mail. A full refund less $200 per person will be provided for all cancellations received 60 days or more from the scheduled trip date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 59 days of the scheduled trip date. Any cancellation fee due to a reduction in group size is not transferable to the balance of the group. If cancellation by one or more passengers alters the room requirements of the remaining passengers, those passengers still traveling must pay the revised rate. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies.

LOST TICKETS: Customer is responsible to safeguard their own tickets, once received. Tickets cannot be guaranteed to be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

CONDITIONS: All prices published for each package are per person rates. Acknowledgement from Customer and/or signed copy of these Terms and Conditions must be received by Ravenette Trips, LLC along with required payments. in order to confirm any reservation, Ravenette Trips, LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any person as a member of its tour or to cancel a tour completely in its sole discretion. Ravenette Trips, LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation and will remit a full refund to the cancelled party. If the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason whatsoever, Ravenette Trips, LLC will refund to Customer all deposits paid by Customer not yet utilized by Ravenette Trips, LLC to purchase package components, Ravenette Trips, LLC seller will use its best efforts to obtain refunds for any package components already purchased.

DISCLAIMER AND RESPONSIBILITY: Ravenette Trips acts only as an agent for its passengers in all matters pertaining to transportation, accommodations, meals, sight-seeing, and other services specified. Ravenette Trips and/or Sherry Lowrey are not responsible and assume no liability for any accident, injury, death, transportation, and other delays, or loss to any participant that may result from any act or non-performance on the part of its suppliers, who are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Ravenette Trips. Ravenette Trips does not guarantee arrival/departure times in the event of inclement weather and/or any other conditions beyond the control of Ravenette Trips such as traffic or mechanical delays. Ravenette Trips cannot be held responsible for weather or any other conditions that might affect scheduling sporting events.
